Salter Grange is working at the moment with an award-winning Specialist Contractor that operates worldwide, focusing on delivering projects across many sectors such as Pharmaceutical, Commercial, Data Centre is currently seeking an experienced MEP Planner to join them on a high-profile Data Centre project in West London.Ideally, candidates will have 5 years + experience working as a MEP Planner on large-scale industrial projects. This is a very exciting opportunity for a MEP Planner to join a fast-paced, challenging, yet growing business. With ambitious growth plans, our client needs hard-working, open-minded individuals to join the team and embark on their journey.MEP Planner Responsibilities:Project Planning using Primavera P6 or ASTA PowerProjectDevelop Pre-Construction, Construction and Commissioning ProgramsSetup WBSSet up Progress Measurement System (PMS)Monitoring of Labour man hours & Analyse Labour EfficienciesUpdate the Schedule in Primavera/ASTASystems Turnover TrackingDevelop the Schedule, S-Curves and Manpower HistogramsCost Loading of Programs (as required)Baseline the ScheduleImplementing the Project Controls systemProgress Measuring of all works, Direct & Sub-Contract, using the Dornan bespoke PMSProject ReportsMEP Planner Requirements:Solid Mechanical and Electrical construction experience, ideally in data centre and pharmaceutical projectsDegree or trade qualified in a MEP discipline, or Construction Management/Project Management3-5 years relevant experience working on site on large construction projectsThis is a great opportunity for an experienced MEP Planner to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment allowing people to progress quickly on projects changing the future of construction.
