The Company

A regional cash rich main contractor is looking to appoint a MEP Manager for the construction division. Their success has led to a sharp increase in Turnover, which currently stands at circa �100m with projects ranging from �5m-30m.

They have made an excellent reputation for themselves in the Industrial sector and have used this reputation to branch out into other market sectors including retail, education & commercial. This contractor is now at a stage where their entire project workload is negotiated with clients that they have built relationships with.

All the Projects are based in the Midlands so working away from home is not required.

Reporting to the Senior MEP Manager, in this role, you will have responsibility for the preconstruction and on-site coordination of Mechanical and Electrical works on construction projects.

Working as a support service to the preconstruction and project delivery teams, the MEP Manager will contribute significantly to the continued success and growth of the company and will be expected to meet personal development targets, project goals and business targets.

This is a 'blended working' role split between home, construction sites and the Wolverhampton office.

Desirable

• Membership of professional body (e.g., CIBSE) is beneficial
• Relevant Engineering degree/diploma or related discipline required
