MEP Electrical Technical Manager

A loyal client to Sphere�are looking for an MEP Electrical Technical Manager (Electrical Engineer), to commence a new role in Bristol.

This�opportunity�is in relation to a well known,�prestigious mixed use development, consisting of Residential, Commercial Build, Educational, Retail, Leisure and Infrastructure elements. However, this role in particular would be based across a circa �300M new build element of the scheme.�
Your new company are a large global group, operating�across multiple sectors and�industries. My clients development arm, are the subsidiary of the organisation recruiting for this role.�

My client are looking for a candidate to support the existing Senior MEP Technical Manager, with a specific focus on leading the Electrical elements including�Lifts, Escalators, and Specialist Electrical Services for the project. This will include both a delivery and design bias focus but if anything an emphasis on design.�

1. Pre-Construction Activities including Design Monitoring and Procurement


2. Construction Phase Management and Compliance


3. Commissioning Management

Therefore, the ideal individual for the position�will have extensive experience within new build and major projects, whilst operating at a similar level / title. A strong Tier 1 background would also be desirable.�
