Job Title: Mentor

Location: Wembley, Brent

Pay: �90 to �110 - Full-Time/ Term Time Only

Start Date: ASAP/November

Position Overview: As a Mentor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the personal and academic development of students. Working closely with our pastoral team, careers team, and SLT you will provide guidance, mentoring, and intervention to students who may be facing challenges or barriers to learning. Your role will be instrumental in helping students overcome obstacles, develop resilience, and reach their full potential.

Mentor: Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Mentor or in a similar role is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trusting relationships with students.
• A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to respond to the varying needs and challenges of students.
• A comprehensive understanding of safeguarding procedures
• Relevant qualifications in mentoring, counseling, or youth work would be advantageous.
