Role Description
This is a temporary, on-site role as a Mental Health Nurse located in Hassocks. As a Mental Health Nurse, your day-to-day tasks will involve providing high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health conditions. You will assess and monitor their physical and mental health, administer medication, and implement appropriate care plans. Your role will be crucial in promoting recovery and enhancing the well-being of our clients.
Qualifications
Registered Mental Health Nurse qualification
Valid NMC registration
Experience working in mental health settings
Excellent knowledge of mental health conditions and treatments
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
Compassion, empathy, and patience
Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and sensitivity
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of clients
Commitment to providing person-centered care
Person Specifications –Hold a current DBS or willing to get one.
Require Care Mandatory care training (should be up to date)
Nursing qualifications
Eligibility to work in the UK

Shifts:
There is an opportunity to work as many hours as you want whilst still being flexible about what days/nights you work.
