We are currently seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurses to work in

CAMHS, Acute, PICU, EDU, Specialist DBT Unit for personality disorders
The company operates a comprehensive inpatient mental health service for young people aged between 13 and 18 years, comprising of open acute and psychiatric intensive care services.

Responsibilities:

Delivering top-notch care to individuals dealing with mental illness and personality disorders, ensuring they receive the support they need.
Cultivating therapeutic relationships to enhance patient engagement and promote their well-being.
Adhering to all industry regulations, ethical standards, and legal requirements, prioritizing the rights and dignity of everyone.
Participating in patient assessments, crafting personalized care plans, and closely monitoring progress to ensure optimal outcomes.
Taking on leadership responsibilities at a senior level, including overseeing shifts and providing guidance and support to fellow team members and aspiring nurses.
Requirements:

A relevant nursing qualification and current registration, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to the field.
Exceptional teamwork skills, coupled with self-motivation and adaptability to thrive in our 24/7 operational environment, which includes weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
