Mental Health Nurse

Minerva Nursing, working in partnership with our client based in West Sussex. We are looking for an experienced CPN (Community Mental Health Nurse) with CHAMS experience to carry out continuing responsibility for a defined caseload of young people to stabilise and treat mental health disorder. To assess and manage ongoing risks as identified during the assessment.

* NMC Registered Mental Health Nurse (CPN/CHAMS) Experience

* Location -Ashurst, West Sussex

* Salary £28-£30ph

* Job type Temporary/Agency- ongoing

* Hours: Can commit to a minimum of 3-4 shifts per week
