Part Time. Flexible Hours. 2 - 4 days / week.
Introducing Fiena London - a private membership club launched with over 7000 women and 200 members, hosting events and collaborations with lifestyle brands from The Dorchester, The Ivy Club and Gymshark to Caudalie, Kobox & Battersea Power Station, with a sister brand in Dubai

Join the Fiena global team, as our Commercial & Membership Sales Manager for London, on a part time freelance basis.
You should be a super positive, bubbly personality who enjoys building friendships and community.
You will be responsible for driving our club success & ensuring we hit our member acquisition targets. You will develop products, verticals and new revenue opportunities that deliver against commercial and strategic business objectives.
We’re not looking for a perfect CV, but rather a personality, who fits our team and wants to take responsibility in a growing start up.
You will:
Work to be a positive leader, taking ownership of the sales / membership acquisition piece of the business
Generate and optimize lead generation, and hit high conversion rates through personable calls with prospective member
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
Membership Sales
You will convert leads into sales, maintaining a 25% conversion rate
You will create personal relationships with our members, and help to deliver the club experience
You will be someone who genuinely cares about providing value and positively impacting the lives of our members
Sponsorships & Revenue Growth
Once you have hit membership targets, there is scope develop within your role, and actively develop Fiena event sponsorship and revenue pipeline and ensure targets are met and exceeded
You should be a ‘peoples- person’ who enjoys client relations and driving momentum, to achieve great results.
Hospitality knowledge is preferred and a passion for lifestyle, fitness, travel, business and wellness. Autonomy and flat organisational structure. Opportunity to travel to London, California and other club locations in future. Remote & independent work.
