Membership Manager - London/Hybrid - £30,000 - £40,000

I am working with a large creative agency and events company looking to bring in an experienced Membership Manager.

This is a great opportunity to join one of the largest networks in the UK, offering a range of events from live conferences to comedy nights at The Comedy Store and even conferences in Ibiza.
They offer a membership so businesses can learn and network with similar companies.
It will be up to you to make sure that members are engaging with the business and that thoughtful contact is going out.
You will be joining a very flexible team, with the role offering the chance to be remote with occasional visits to their London office and to events.

What you'll do as a Membership Manager:

• Compare and complete data to ensure accuracy and quality
• Identify opportunities for engagement
• Communicate with members and carry out check-ins with leadership
• Be present at all events - listening and collecting feedback
• Manage day-to-day running and coordination of coaching groups

What you'll bring as a Membership Manager:

• 3+ years experience in a similar role
• Confident in having business-level conversations with people
• Ability to maintain data
• Ability to spot opportunities and think outside of the box
