Red Sky Personnel is currently seeking a skilled MEICA Project Manager to join our client's team. This position, based in Hertfordshire, involves overseeing allocated projects and site activities with a strong emphasis on successful delivery and project performance.Key Responsibilities:
* Leading and managing allocated projects and project teams to ensure adherence to time, cost, programme, and safety objectives.
* Providing technical expertise and leadership in the MEICA field, ensuring operational and financial targets are met.
* Building strong relationships with stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Championing safety, wellbeing, and inclusion, fostering a collaborative team environment.
* Overseeing project delivery from setup to completion, ensuring compliance with quality standards and budgetary constraints.
* Managing project resources, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications effectively.Requirements:
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Strong organisational abilities with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.
* Ability to work well in a team and independently, managing multiple tasks under pressure.
* Relevant qualifications in project management, MEICA, and health & safety.Qualifications:
* Degree/ HND/HNC anticipated.
* SMSTS / SSSTS qualification.
* CSCS card qualification.
* First Aid qualification (optional).
