Whats the role?
Meeting and Events Team Lead immediate start available

Where will you be working?
Our events floor is one of a kind, with our function rooms being set in the banks former grand meeting rooms. From weddings to parties, conferences to product showcases, The Neds 6th floor is a destination in itself.

What will you be doing?
Our events are all high-profile, and youll ensure that you and our support teams provide exceptional service to our guests, delivery a memorable experience
Youll need to have an excellent knowledge of all of our food and beverage items, and understand and operate the point of sale (POS) system
Shifts vary, but are mainly in the afternoons and evenings
To carry out set up and tear down of each event from start to finish
To ensure rooms are set up and ready, in time for guest arrival and in accordance with The Ned standards
To assist each event in accordance with the guest wishes as specified on the function sheet this will require preforming duties as waiting staff, Bartender and host
To supervise casual agency waiting staff prior to, during and post each event in the presence of a supervisor/Manager.
To ensure all casual waiting staff standards and procedures are met whilst in front of house areas and back of house areas
To carry out necessary preparation in planning forthcoming functions for equipment, linen, glassware, silver all these tasks are preformed by Team leaders and Casual agency staff
This role requires full flexibility Monday to Sunday and has late finishing times
