We're located near Regents Park in London. We provide a friendly and affordable place for students from different backgrounds to live and study together. We also host events and use the income to support our mission.



We have eight different spaces for events and meetings. We work with all kinds of clients, from charities to companies, to make sure they have a great experience with us.



Job Overview



As a Sales and Events Coordinator, your job is to help us reach our sales goals and make sure events run smoothly. You'll talk to customers, write proposals, visit event locations, and make sure everything is organized well. You'll also help with managing accounts and using our systems.



Responsibilities



Sales: Make sure we meet our sales targets, talk to customers, write proposals, and keep records. Customer Relations: Build good relationships with customers, plan events, work with our teams, and get feedback after events. System Help: Be the go-to person for our booking system and fix any problems. Training: Help new team members get started. Finance: Help with budgets, make sure bills are paid on time, and keep track of money. Other Duties: Learn new skills, help out where needed, do office tasks, and give great customer service.



Candidate Requirements



Good at talking to people and making deals Able to stay calm under pressure Has worked with events and sales before Knows about audio-visual equipment and hospitality Good with computers and social media Self-motivated and ready to learn new things



Working Hours



You'll work around 40 hours a week, sometimes in the evenings or on weekends. We need you to be flexible with your hours.



Salary & Benefits




  • You'll make £27,500 a year

  • You'll get 28 days off each year, including bank holidays
