Please note this post is fixed term until 21st February 2025.Part time - 22.5 hours per week.Monday - Friday.This fixed term role provides an exciting opportunity to work within the Medical HR team as part of the wider Medical Workforce structure.Providing a Medical HR advisory service to Medical and Dental staff, clinical leaders and senior management employees throughout the Trust.The successful candidate will work across two sites, primarily based at our Woodside offices, whilst working partially from the main TRFT hospital site.This varied and exciting role provides opportunity for development, and full training will be provided.Main duties of the jobTo provide direction, support and advice with regards to all Medical and Dental HR matters, including attendance management, capability/performance, disciplinary and resourcing issues. QualificationsDesirable
CIPD qualified (part qualified would be considered) or equivalent experience. Degree or equivalent demonstrable experience.
KnowledgeEssential
Current Employment Law and
Medical HR practice. Good practice and legislation on
equality and diversity. Knowledge of Microsoft Windows
environment. Knowledge of email. Medical and Dental terms and
