The Sales Specialist role covers the South West of England : Gloucester, Bristol, Swindon, Bath, Taunton, Salisbury, Exeter, Torquay, Bournemouth, Plymouth.
Products : Endoscopic Medical Equipment used in ENT and GI procedures.

THE ROLE:
You will sell a range of top-quality endoscopic capital equipment used in ENT and gastroenterology procedures. Thanks to the company’s ongoing investment in innovative technology, you will also have the exciting opportunity to sell AI systems connected to the equipment.
The successful Territory Sales Specialist will be winning business in NHS and private hospitals throughout the region, selling to clinicians within ENT, gastroenterology, theatre, typically liaising with consultants, specialist nurses and theatre teams, as well as commercial contacts in procurement. You will also be supported by a dedicated clinical trainer. Full company and product training will be provided and you will be joining at an exciting growth period for the company.

For this sales role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:-
MUST have experience of selling devices, consumables or equipment to NHS hospitals
Full driving licence
Stable and successful track record of selling to nurses, consultants and procurement
A high level of intelligence to learn technical details, ideally degree qualified
A very motivated and “hungry” attitude
The package:
Basic: £35,000 to £50,000 depending on experience
OTE: £10,000 with incentives to double this, plus additional commission
Car: Fully expensed company car (electric available) or £4,000 car allowance + 45p / mile
Benefits: healthcare, 6% pension, 10x life assurance, lunch allowance, mobile, laptop, 25 days holiday + stats (increasing with service and ability to buy / sell 5 days)
