As Programme Director you will lead the delivery of Medical Education programmes.
Your role ranges from the creation of MedEd strategy through to operational lead responsibilities as well as responsibility for revenue growth.
Because this is a small agency the owners maintain a day to day involvement. The owners have have 60 years of Pharma experience between them – therefore you will have the advantage of acquiring knowledge from people with significant industry knowledge. Also, the owners will work with you in order to create a 5 year personal development plan. The client base : The agency supports the
top 5 pharma companies
in the world with a focus on UK, EMEA and Global accounts and therefore you will get to work across a wide variety of projects and disease areas. Many of the clients have been with the agency since its creation over 20 years ago and therefore this is your chance to join a highly credible industry leader.
Location of the agency & Working pattern :
Most staff at this agency work on-site 2 days a week. The remaining 3 days worked on a remote basis.The office is in Buckinghamshire.
Your Responsibilities
:
As Programme Director you will lead the delivery of Medical Education programmes.Your role ranges from the creation of MedEd strategy through to operational lead responsibilities including account profitability.
Moreover you’ll assist the owners of the agency by identifying opportunities for revenue growth within existing accounts.
Key skills & experience :
Because this is a senior role within the programme team you will have experience of working in a Medical Communications Agency at Senior Account Manager or above
You will demonstrate an understanding of how to create and deliver Medical Education programmes.
