Dr. N. Ravindra Shetty, MBBS, MS, Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon practicing at Bangalore, is our Chief Executive Officer and Medical Director since April 1st, 2007. Dr. Shetty attended the first batch of the training program for the CEO's of Third Party Administrators, conducted by ASCI in association with Med varsity and sponsored by IRDA. He set up the company and is theMedical Director since its inception.Dr. N. Ravindra Shetty did his undergraduate and postgraduate studies at Kasturba Medical College Manipal. He worked in the National Health Service (NHS) of United Kingdom for over four years as an Orthopaedic Surgeon. It is here he learnt about the functions of the National Health Service of UK, Confidentiality, Professional Code of Conduct, Medical Record Maintenance and Medical Audit.

Ravindra Shetty made a presentation at Chennai to IRDA committee for providing cost effective lifetime healthcare to senior citizens, with one time deposit with a financial or insurance institute that is refundable. The interest would pay for Rs. Ten lakhs health cover. At present he is working on a pilot project to make the outpatient care free for the people.Dr. N. Ravindra Shetty has an ongoing project to cover the life and health of the poor people, along with student scholarship of Rs.100/- per month, between 9-12th for two students, for a premium of Rs.200/- per year by making the services work for the poor to alleviate poverty and bring in literacy.
