Endeavor is also the majority owner of TKO Group Holdings (NYSE: TKO), a premium sports and entertainment company comprising UFC and WWE.Who You AreWe are looking for a Media Sales Manager to join our Publishing team co-managing media sales within the UK and EMEA for Frieze Magazine alongside the Publisher.Responsibilities Include But Not Limited ToCo-Leading advertising sales in the UK and EMEA across the following products: frieze magazine, Frieze Week and Frieze’s digital offering (frieze.com, newsletter, social media)Managing existing and developing new contract advertisersRaising awareness and brand recognition of frieze magazine at the world’s leading commercial galleries, institutions, biennales and fairsRepresenting frieze at gallery dinners and openings on a regular basisWork with the Publisher and Editorial team on strategy for frieze in the UK & EMEAAdvise on marketing and distribution requirements in the regionNegotiatingpublic and client facing eventsto secure a growing networkMaintain and update the customer database to increase frieze’s networkSupport in the research and development of advertising clientsPlease NoteInternational travel to attend Frieze fairs and events in EuropeFlexibility and longer hours requiredKey Results AreasGenerating publishing revenue across frieze, Frieze Week and digital offerings on frieze.com, newsletter and social mediaYou Will Have The Following StrengthsExcellent knowledge of the contemporary art market and its stakeholders (gallery and museum directors, communcation managers, agencies, artists, curators)Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in publishing (print and digital products) or equivalent sectorClient network in the UK/EMEA (particularly in London)A proven track record of success in salesExcellent experience in client-facing rolesExperience of managing a wide range of activities and the ability to prioritise and meet deadlinesKnowledge of Google analytics and Adobe ProductsWe'd Also Love If You Have TheseAbility to work under high pressure, with high attention to detailWorking independently on a wide range of tasks in a fast paced environmentAbility to speak additional language(s) a plusExceptional communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbalImpeccable organisational and administration skillsExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal skillsPersuasion and strategic thinking and visioningInnate high standards and extreme concern for qualityCommercially minded, confident and creativeOffering high level customer serviceOur Diversity & Inclusion StatementFrieze unites people in our love of the arts.
