We have the pleasure of working with a top 20 independent media planning agency.

They are multi award winning with a strong team situated in the lovely city of Bath. They work with entrepreneurial companies ranging from PLC to Start-up.

Over the last few years, they have experienced rapid growth and wish to continue this success within their arena. For over 3 decades, they have helped start-ups, challenger and established brands grow and maximise their return on advertising. Their approach to the market is different to your normal advertising agency with years of research and due diligence into what works and what doesn’t, making them one of the top 20 in the industry.

The Position

Ideally, you’ll have 2-3 years’ experience either in a media agency, media sales environment or marketing department. Experience of TV, Print, Radio & OOH a bonus.

You’ll pride yourself on your ability to build relationships both with clients & suppliers.

Working closely with the directors of the business, you will be expected to deliver exceptional service across a variety of our clients ranging from PLCs to start-ups. You will be encouraged to take on projects from start to finish and will have true ownership of your work.

This role will offer a chance for quick progression to account director level as you grow within and with the agency. No two days will be the same, and you’ll understand they operate in a fast-paced environment, where their team is central to the success of the agency, and you’ll want to be at the heart of it. In this role your voice will be heard, and your voice will matter.

Who are you?

• You have 2 years + media agency or media sales experience.


• You prefer a phone call to an email, face to face to a zoom.

Benefits

• Salary up to £35k – top end unless you are from industry with 5 years plus experience and longevity in past appointments – Salary north of £40K.
