FREELANCE - OUTSIDE IR35 !This Building Services Management Contractor is looking for a Mechanical Supervisor to join them on a contract basis on a residential project in East London, on a year long contract.THE COMPANY- A market leader in London- 10 years in the industry- Predicted turnover of £120million for 2024RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR
* Supervise Sub-Contractors, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
* The Mechanical Supervisor will assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure work is completed efficiently and according to quality standards.
* Lead toolbox talks
* The Mechanical Supervisor will monitor and perform routine maintenance and repairs on Mechanical equipment.
* Engaging with the Supply Chain and support the contractor delivery and commissioning process.SKILLS AND BACKGROUND OF THE MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR
* The Mechanical Supervisor will have demonstrated experience in a similar role within building services
* Experience managing subcontractors and direct labour in a multi-trade environment.
* The Mechanical Supervisor will be mechanically qualified with SSSTS or SMSTS.
