Job & Company Summary

Mechanical Supervisor required to work on a programme of work throughout Fife installing air source heat pumps in 5 buildings including leisure centres and government buildings. The client is an established MEP Contractor with a track history working with local government throughout the UK.

Duties & Responsibilities

The Programme consists of 5 different installations, often running 2/3 installations at any one time throughout the duration of the 5 month term.

The Mechanical Supervisor will be responsible for managing an external subcontractor(s) for the installation, keeping the internal site and contracts manager up to date with progress and foresee any potential problems.

Person Specification / Qualifications

The ideal mechanical supervisor will have a background in managing subcontractors on multi sites, have solid communication skills with multiple stakeholders, hold relevant CSCS card and SMSTS/SSSTS certificate. The candidate will need to have manual handling, asbestos awareness and basic CRB check but this can be arranged prior to starting.
