The role

As a Mechanical Supervisor, you will be supervising a team of mechanical engineers and ensuring that standards are maintained to the highest level during a busy period. Whilst working on the project, you’ll be working with project managers, engineers, and your team to ensure the successful completion of piping projects whilst maintaining safety and quality throughout.

You will have the following skills and experience

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor or a similar role in the construction or engineering industry.


• Strong knowledge of piping systems, materials, and installation techniques.


• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.


• Excellent leadership and communication skills.


• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring project deadlines are met.


• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.


• Knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to enforce them on the job site.
