Mechanical Supervisor

Mechanical Supervisor required for a well-established specialist supplier of hydraulic and Electric Submersible Pumps. The successful Candidate will be overseeing a range of remedial work undertaken at my client's Glasgow site as well as getting involved with some of the maintenance work themselves. It is envisioned that the successful candidate will come from a background in Marine or HGV Engineering, have completed a Mechanical apprenticeship, have experience in Team management as a Mechanical Supervisor previously and be based within a commutable distance of Glasgow.

Mechanical Supervisor Position Overview

• Oversee all workshop work undertaken
• Onsite servicing and repairs of Hydraulic and Electric Pumps
• Identify any major PDI issues
• Coordinate preparation of equipment for Hire
• Coordinate on site repair and maintenance work
• Occasional travel to customer sites away from depot

Mechanical Supervisor Position Requirements

• Previous experience in a Mechanical Supervisor position essential
• Strong working knowledge of Hydraulic / Electric Pumps
• Previous experience in team management
• Prepared to undertake a mix of hands on and Supervisory duties
• Based within a commutable distance of Glasgow
• Full UK Driving licence

Mechanical Supervisor Position Remuneration

• �16.72 Per hour
• 39 hours a week Monday - Friday
• 20 Days Holiday, Plus Bank Holiday
• Pension
