Mechanical Sprinkler Service Engineer - LondonMJ Fire part of FAFS Fire & Security specialise in designing, installing, commissioning and servicing automatic Fire Detection, Protection and Alarm Systems in and around Greater London. We are currently looking to appoint a new Mechanical Sprinkler Service Engineer specifically covering the London region.Basic Salary – £35-40,000 per annum subject to experiencePension, Life Assurance & much more. – Please see our generous remuneration packages belowMJ Fire’s Mechanical Sprinkler Service Engineer’sCarry out servicing and remedial works of Sprinkler Systems, Fire Hydrants, Fire Hose Reels, Dry/Wet Risers in accordance with the latest British and EN standards on small and large projects works across the UK, ensuring all works are to a high standard within Health & Safety and Quality company requirements. Undertake Mechanical Servicing and Remedial works of Fire Hydrants, Fire Hose Reels, Fire Risers and Sprinkler Systems Forward planning in regard to the parts requirements on installation works, placing parts orders, liaising with site management and coordinating with other trades. You will be expected to work both independently and as part of the wider Sprinkler Department on installation and service works. Provide information to quote to upgrade or modify these systems in relation to manufacturers and industry guidelines and then discussing these requirements with new and existing customers. The company will provide initial training for these elements of your role and continued ongoing support. You will receive field support and training for all disciplines you undertake.

A working practice of BS9251 Demonstrable technical experience with good interpersonal skills. Experience working in the field independently Flexible to work across single and multiple site locations Full Driving Licence
