A dynamic and innovative construction firm specialising�in the design, construction, and maintenance of Data Centres�and critical infrastructure projects is seeking a Mechanical Site Manager to join onto a super scale�data centre project located in Slough.�The project completion date is set for September 2025, and owing to the company's expansion and successes, there will be ongoing work in the Surrey area until 2029.

Responsibilities:��

• Lead and manage the mechanical construction activities of the Data Centre project from start to finish.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to project schedules and quality standards.
• Review and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure compliance and resolve any conflicts or issues.
• Manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems, ensuring they meet project requirements and regulatory standards.
• Monitor and control project progress, budgets, and resources, proactively identifying and mitigating risks or delays.
