We are recruiting for a highly regarded and�long established Building Services Technology Focussed Sub-Contractor who specialise in�Cat. A and Cat. B Fitout and the technology industry, working on�new build and refurb. projects in Central London. Mechanical Building Services value on their projects typically ranges between approx. �1M and �10M in value.

They are looking to recruit a�Mechanical or Pipework Building Services Installation Site Manager to oversee Mechanical Building Services Installation on Central London Based�Project Work.

This is a career position and they are very much looking for a Mechanical Site Manager who wants a permanent staff position with a view to progressing their career. They would like to recruit a Mechanical Site Manager who is keen to move forwards�to a Project Manager Role within the company in due�course.
