As the appointed Site Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in site meetings, stakeholder communication, and providing comprehensive progress reports, including visual evidence. Your responsibilities will encompass material selection, subcontractor documentation management, and driving operational enhancements to ensure alignment with industry best practices.





Let's talk about your qualifications:





Your critical infrastructure experience is crucial, alongside a Construction or Engineering Qualification of NVQ Level 3 or higher. Possessing certifications like SMSTS, Black CSCS, and First Aid will give you an advantage, as will your thorough understanding of statutory requirements, CDM, and Construction Phase Plans within the construction and engineering industries.
