Job Description:
Oversee and manage mechanical services projects from start to finish
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery
Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams
Manage project budgets and financials
Prepare and submit project reports to senior management
Requirements:
Security Clearance required
Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Mechanical Services Project Manager
Strong knowledge of mechanical services systems and equipment
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
British Drivers Licence
