Established almost 50 years ago, the company based in the Caterham area are a highly respected M&E Building Services Contractor who provide a full range of Mechanical and Electrical Building Services from design through to installation and commissioning to various sectors including commercial, education, and high end residential projects, with contract values ranging from �200k up to �3m, and as a result of continuous growth an excellent opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Project Manager.

You will need to be an experienced Mechanical Project Manager or similar role, i.e. Mechanical Contracts Manager operating within the Building Services sector. Residential experience would be advantageous.

Mechanical Project Manager - �70,000 to �75,000 depending on experience,�Benefits include:
