Mechanical Project Manager – Building Services

Mechanical Project Manager required to join a growing M&E Design & Build contractor based in Leicester.

Responsibilities:

To manage the project process from start to finish, to attend meetings, produce regular reports for clients and office use, manage labour, manage project cashflow and submit applications for payment. Liaise with design managers and directors to discuss any project specifics and manage the commissioning, close-out, and handover process for the project(s) through close liaison with the commissioning specialists and site teams.

Requirements:

* Experience in a mechanical project manager role within the M&E sector.

* A recognisable building services qualification
