Mechanical Project Manager

PositionStreamline are currently working alongside one of London's leading M&E contractors who are looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to join their life science division based in West London, this will be on a freelance basis.CompanyThe company is one of the leading M&E contractors within London and have worked for some of the biggest tier 1 contractors in the industry such as Overbury, Multiplex and MACE Group.They have a bunch of sectors in place such as residential, commercial & data centres so they are a business that have made a great name for themselves within the industry.Duties & Responsibilities
* Overseeing a team of Mechanical Managers & supervisor
* Must have a good understanding of Life science projects
* Worked on projects with mechanical values of £(phone number removed)
* SMSTS/CSCS Black Card is needed
* Good understanding of the commercial aspects of construction
* Reporting into a Contracts Manager
* Responsible for weekly progress reports
* Must have experience with CL2 & CL3 (Containment Level)
* Will be the point of contract between client and contractor
