Our client is a thriving Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Contractor experiencing rapid expansion due to a robust project pipeline. With a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from residential to commercial, valued between �1 million and �10 million, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Mechanical Project Manager to join our ranks. Position Overview:

As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will take a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of our M&E projects throughout London and the surrounding areas. You will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical aspects of our projects, from planning through to completion, and you will have the opportunity to contribute to our ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead and manage mechanical systems on a variety of residential and commercial projects.


• Scope and Budget: Oversee project scopes, budgets, and timelines to ensure they are met effectively and efficiently.


• Team Leadership: Collaborate with and lead a diverse team of engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project objectives.


• Quality Assurance: Maintain rigorous quality control and ensure all mechanical systems adhere to industry standards and client specifications.


• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring projects stay on track.


• Client Relations: Cultivate strong client relationships, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or requests promptly.


• Documentation: Keep accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and project schedules.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (preferred).


• Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager in both residential and commercial construction.


• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC, and plumbing.


• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.


• Proficient in project management software.


• Familiarity with relevant regulations and codes.


• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


• Flexibility to work across various locations within London and the surrounding areas.
