Mechanical Project Manager

Job Description
My client who is a leading M&E contractor within the commercial & retail sector has a Key Requirement for a Mechanical Project Manager based in Leeds
Will be working from site.
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years Trade based experience and associated qualifications.
• Previous experience as a M&E Project Manager
• Capable of managing and leading operatives to successful completion of projects.
• SSSTS or equivalent.
• Managing and Supervising multiple trade packages and operatives
• Carry out progress reviews and reports
• Represent the client in progress and co-ordination meetings
• Procurement of plant and materials in line with specification, drawings and cost plan.
• Manage commissioning process and handover to client.
