Mechanical Project Manager

Position

We are currently working with a fantastic and growing M&E contractor who are looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to join a their life sciences project based in Kings Cross. With the scheme just starting it will be a chance to join a project from cradle to grave.

Duties & Responsibilities�

• Overseeing a team of Mechanical Managers


• Must have a good understanding of Life science projects


• Worked on projects with mechanical values of �(phone number removed)


• SMSTS/CSCS Black Card is needed�


• Good understanding of the commercial aspects of construction�


• Reporting into a Divisional Director/Contracts Manager


• Responsible for weekly progress reports


• Will be the point of contract between client and contractor
