Mechanical Project Manager - Building ServicesAn excellent opportunity for a mechanical project manager to join a mechanical building services contractor. The company works across the healthcare, educational, and commercial sectors, with contract values ranging from £50k to £1M, primarily across the Midlands region.Key Responsibilities
* Manage multiple projects throughout various stages.
* Procurement of materials and labour, obtaining quotations and negotiations.
* Organising and managing direct labour and subcontractors.
* Identifying, documenting, and costing project variations
* Establishing and maintaining client relations
* Undertaking Risk & Method Statements
* Attend/Lead Site and Client Meetings as required.
* Quality controlKey Skills
* Level 3 / 4 Building Services Engineering
* 6 years + experience in a similar role
* Project Management
* CAD
