Mechanical Project Manager

ITS M&E are looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join an M&E building services company who provide all aspects of electrical and mechanical management services.The role is for Mechanical & HVAC Contracts for large supermarket stores, install, repairs and defects as well as decarbonization. Our client is Bristol based, but with project locations from Birmingham southwards.DutiesManage/budget projects and estimate change where necessaryDelivering projects in a timely manner and ensuring they will be ready for completionWork closely and ensuring there is a strong relationship with contractors/sub-contractorsCarrying/completion of site surveysManage all site staffAdhering to all health and safety proceduresAssist and solve any queries risen on siteAttend any meetings on site when requiredThe Ideal Candidate Will HaveGood mechanical knowledgeAt least 2 Years’ experience as a Project/Mechanical Manager or within a similar M&E roleStrong communication and people skillsSMSTS/SSSTS/CSCS Black CardFull UK Driving LicenseEligibility to work in the UKTagged as: Mechanical, Mechanical Project Manager, Project Manager
