Position Overview: We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical engineering projects throughout the North West region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project budgets, schedules, resources, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Manage all aspects of mechanical engineering projects from initiation to completion, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.

  • Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.

  • Prepare regular progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders as required.

  • Foster positive working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members to promote collaboration and drive project success.



Qualifications and Experience:




  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

  • Proven experience in project management within the mechanical engineering industry, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • PMP or similar project management certification is preferred but not required.
