Salary: �55,000 to �80,000 DoE

My client is a Mechanical and Electrical Contractor specialising in the Design & Build of Mechanical & Electrical Building Services Installations across the Public and Private sectors.

As a result of continued success and a very strong order book given new project awards , my client requires an Mechanical�/ Senior Mechanical�Project Manager to join the team on a permanent contract.

As Mechanical�Project Manager you will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects up to �10m in value. There are 2 new build projects live now that you will manage, including a �7m project in Cobham. This is a key position within the business. and as such they are seeking an experienced Mechanical�Project Manager or Mechanical�Contracts Manager.

You will have team in place on site consisting of M&E Site Managers / Supervisors and will be responsible for managing the process from start to finish, managing sub-contractors, attending client project briefings and ensuring all project installations runs smoothly to a successful handover.

As the Mechanical�Project Manager you will be responsible for the full financial management and control of project programme, from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover. My client has an excellent internal M&E design team and commercial team which will fully support to deliver the projects.

We are seeking an Mechanical�Project Manager who holds relevant mechanical�building services qualifications and experience working for an M&E Building Services contractor as a Project Manager / Contracts Manager. The project types my client specialise in varies from commercial new build developments, leisure centres, hotels, public sector buildings and residential therefore a background of delivery within these sectors is required.
