Mechanical Project Manager – Building Services

An excellent opportunity for a mechanical project manager to join a mechanical building services contractor. The company works across the healthcare, educational, and commercial sectors, with contract values ranging from £50k to £1M, primarily across the Midlands region. 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects throughout various stages.


• Procurement of materials and labour, obtaining quotations and negotiations.


• Organising and managing direct labour and subcontractors.


• Identifying, documenting, and costing project variations


• Establishing and maintaining client relations


• Undertaking Risk & Method Statements


• Attend/Lead Site and Client Meetings as required.


• Quality control

Key Skills

• Level 3 / 4 Building Services Engineering


• 6 years + experience in a similar role


• Project Management


• CAD


• Estimating experience would be beneficial but not essential.
