Our client, a well established mechanical installation contractor is looking for an office based Project Manager/Operation Manager. Starting salary �60k upwards + Package

Working in the construction industry on new build commercial building projects you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of the business as they continue to grow in the sector. Typical projects range from schools, health centres, college buildings, offices, medical centres and retail units. Project values between �250k and �2m.

Working alongside site management and office management teams you will be instrumental in overseeing multiple developments and their respective leadership teams helping oversee, meet with client and general scheduling.

Responsibilities will be but not limited to:

Understanding and able to close out design issues

Understanding of commercial & financial implications

Using the main contractors information platforms like 4P & Bim360

Issuing RFI's and closing out

Understanding of equipment & schedules so tech sub's can be issued and actioned

Producing standard programmes

Reviewing client documentation and actioning

Understanding of the procurement process

Able to sort out and put together variations

Reporting back to the snr Ops manger

Setting up project information folders

Need to be flexible in your approach to working on multiple projects at one time
