We are working with a prestigious client who offer new & fully refurbished and upgraded and Process Plant and Equipment in any size, material, and manufacture. We are currently recruiting for an experienced�Mechanical Maintenance Fitter to join this business in Sheffield.

Key experience required�Mechanical Maintenance Fitter:

• Must have over 4 years working experience as a�Mechanical Maintenance Fitter


• Experience of Maintenance Fitting is essential at least 4 years�


• Experience of onsite work/site installation is required at least 3 years�


• Must be Apprentice trained�


• Some experience of fault finding will be required�


• Any experience of routine maintenance on bearings and lifting heavy components will be beneficial�


• �Any experience of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems will be advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations on chemical machinery


• Supervise and lead on-site service projects


• Train and mentor junior engineers


• Travel within the UK and occasionally overseas for service work


• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

The successful�Mechanical Maintenance Fitter will be offered a very good market rate on salary, training on varied machines, training offered for overhead cranes etc. free on site parking and other benefits to confirm.

The ideal candidate will be happy to work on site 40% between April and Christmas periods and you will be offered an uplift for working on site.
