Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

I am currently looking to speak with mechanical building services maintenance engineers who are looking for a role client direct - no service provider. This is a great role for an experienced mechanical maintenance engineer, covering two sites within close proximity.

• �45k salary
• Mon to Fri (37 hour a week)
• Covering 2 sites within close proximity

Duties

• Reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance of mechanical plant systems
• Changing filters
• Cleaning filters
• Cleaning coils
• Belt changes
• Actuator changes
• Servicing AHUs/FCUs
• Fire Alarm/Sprinkler Testing
• Condensers
• Calorifiers
• Mechanical seals
• Cooling Towers
• Chillers

Requirements

• Min. Level 2 or 3 in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services
• Industry experience within building services
• Driving License - Use of company vehicle when travelling between sites
