Description

We are currently seeking a Quality Inspector to join our clients' team who manufacture precision components in the Gosport area.

Responsibilities

• Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure components are manufactured to the correct dimensions and specifications.


• Use of the CMM, including programming


• Inspection of highly intricate components


• Conduct regular quality inspections of components during the production process to ensure compliance with quality standards.


• Collaborate with production planning and engineering teams to ensure components are produced on time and to the required specifications.


• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in an inspection role


• Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.


• Experience with precision engineering and manufacturing techniques.


• Excellent attention to detail and quality standards.


• Good experience using CMMs


• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.


• A team player with strong communication skills.
