Hours:
Monday-Thursday: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
Friday: 7:30 am - 12:30 pm
Responsibilities:
Inspect components for quality and ensure they meet standards.
Identify and address recurring quality issues.
Assist in process improvement efforts.
Provide support for existing and new business opportunities.
Maintain quality control in line with business and customer requirements.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on improvement projects.
Complete First Offs and Batch Work.
Interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Utilize technical knowledge within the aerospace sector.
Operate inspection equipment accurately.
Work to ISO 9001 standards.
Demonstrate attention to detail.
Work independently with minimal supervision.
Apply practical problem-solving skills.
Support the SQCDP framework of the wider Gardner business, particularly in safety and quality.
