Role: Mechanical Fitter

Location: Wakefield based permanent work with a reputable engineering company

Schedule: Monday-Friday (37 hours) Early finish Friday

Salary: �28800- per annum with additional benefits

Requirements:

• Apprentice trained or qualified to minimum HNC/HND level in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Must have an understanding of engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of working with hydraulics and Pneumatics would be preferred
• Bench fitting skills.
• Experience working in an engineering environment.
• Experience with lifting equipment

Duties and responsibilities

• Build machinery from individual components.
• Assemble manufactured parts into sub-assemblies.
• Adhere to health and safety at all times.
• Maintain machinery.
• Take care of facility and company equipment
• Participate in meetings and training for development.
