Mechanical Fitter

Brightwork's client is currently recruiting a skilled and experienced Mechanical Fitter to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining machinery and equipment. Responsibilities
Assemble and install machinery and mechanical components according to engineering drawings and specifications.
Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as lubrication, cleaning, and inspection of machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs as necessary to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with engineers and other team members to troubleshoot complex mechanical problems and implement effective solutions.
Test machinery and equipment to ensure proper functioning and adherence to safety standards.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and equipment condition.
Participate in equipment upgrades and modifications to improve efficiency and performance.
Experience
