My client in is seeking a Mechanical Estimator to join their team immediately. They are a reputable organisation with over 50 years of experience providing high-quality services.

Job Description:
As the Mechanical Estimator, you will estimate costs for mechanical systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and gas installations. You will also work closely with other estimators on large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare estimates
- Review plans/specifications/contracts/drawings
- Determine material/labor requirements
- Coordinate subcontractor proposals/scope review/bid packages

Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering preferred
- 5+ years of relevant work experience as an estimator
- Ability to read technical drawings/plans/blueprints accurately
- Experience working on commercial / industrial jobsites

Skills Required:
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated proficiency utilizing estimate software

Salary Information:
Starting salary of �50000 - �60000 per annum depending upon skillset/experience plus additional benefits like paid time off and health insurance coverage.
