Mechanical Engineer

About the Role:

�Corporate Offices Setting: Work in a professional environment, providing mechanical maintenance and support to corporate offices in the heart of London.

�4-Man Team Onsite: Collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals to ensure the smooth operation of mechanical systems.

�Flexible Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with early/late shift options: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm or 10:00 am - 7:00 pm.

�Call-Out Rota: Participate in a 1-3 week call-out rota with standby compensation of �75.

�Generous Annual Leave: Start with 25 days of annual leave, increasing by 1 day per year, up to a maximum of 28 days.

Day to Day Duties:

�PPM mechanical maintenance

�Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner

�Be proactive to identify and report faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve

�Be proactive to ensure all H&S issues are reported escalated as required.

�Maintain informal communications with client staff members related to service levels and issues

�Report service affecting issued to the site management team for formal communication with the client

�Remain flexible with regards to site attendance and tasks undertaken within personal competency

�Be fully aware of relevant Health & Safety and general legislative matters

Requirements:

�Qualified Mechanical Engineer with relevant experience.

�Strong technical skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

�Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

�Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.
