Mechanical Engineer

We are currently looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join an established team and work within the City of London. This opportunity has arisen because of a company expansion through successful new contract wins.

About the role of Mechanical Engineer

The role will be working alongside another Mechanical Engineer and will be responsible for mechanical aspects within a commercial building based in the City of London. You will be overseeing external contractors and managing the day to day reactive and scheduled maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities for the Mechanical Engineer

• Responsible for overseeing maintenance and reactive tasks to plant within the property.
• Managements of all HVAC works.
• Ensuring all AHU's and FCU's are fully operational and maintained.
• Plumbing on taps and toilets.
• Collecting parts from supplier or head office.

Requirements for Mechanical Engineer

• Minimum of 2 years' experience with a Mechanical Engineering role.
• Level 2/3 Mechanical qualifications.
• Experience of working within a role that has included elements of electrical and plumbing works.

• A salary of �45,000 - �48,000 subject to experience
• Set contractual working hours - Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
