Mechanical Engineer

Mechanical Engineer - 45,000- 47,000 - Liverpool Street I am currently looking to speak to Mechanical Engineer for a corporate office building based near Liverpool Street. The need is for a Mechanical Engineer to come and join a 3 man team, and continue to provide an efficient service of the maintenance and building services within a corporate environment.
This site is globally recognised and is one where all engineers will learn and develop their career and skill set. On offer will be specific internal and external training opportunities.
As an Mechanical Engineer you will be required to work Mon-Fri 8-5. The engineering on this site involves the supply of heat, chilling & electricity. The Engineer will be responsible for the HVAC, power, AHU's, FCU's, BMS, Generators, UPS etc.
All plant will be monitored on a planned maintenance basis regularly as well as dealing with all reactive repairs that arise on a daily basis. All applicants must come form a strong maintenance background and have the ability to deal with a fast paced corporate environment.
Core qualifications are key in this role the minimum requirement is City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 in Mechanical Engineering or similar Previous Shift & Critical experience is required
