To succeed in this role, you must be confident facing clients and have excellent working knowledge for the delivery of Hospital/Healthcare projects as well as their mechanical building services installations. Candidates should have achieved or have qualifications which will lead to MCIBSE or MIHEEM or MIMechE accreditation; candidates should also have a thorough understanding of digital design tools appropriate to the role, including delivery through Revit/BIM 360.Do you want to push the boundaries of your profession and develop your excellence in an open, collaborative and empowering culture? You will be an important part of a close-knit team working on a wide variety of project work at national level. For the right candidate there is the opportunity to progress rapidly, with increasing client facing duties and mentoring of junior engineers and apprentices.We offer flexible working arrangements with candidates able to work from home and from any of our offices across the UK.Appropriate to the seniority of the role applied for, your will deliver advisory and design solutions to the healthcare sector, focussing mainly on regional and national opportunities but also on international ones. We have an exciting range of ongoing projects including Hillerod Hospital Denmark, Cambridge Children’s Hospital, Park House AMHU Manchester & Kettering General Hospital.Appropriate to the role applied for, your key tasks and responsibilities will be:Work under limited supervision on larger projects as part of a larger teamWork on your own smaller scale projectsManage your own time to ensure time spent on projects suits deadlinesComplete detailed designs to the required standards and supervise the work of graduate engineers and apprenticesComplete design calculations utilising industry standard software such as Hevacomp, MagiCad, IES, and RevitActively engage with existing and potential clients through social media to promote Ramboll and our initiativesYour key deliverables over the first 12 months will be:Maintain excellent levels of client serviceUpdate and broaden your technical and digital design skills to allow Ramboll to continue to be at the forefront of digital designYour starting point for constant growthFrom the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company.
